What is the program time commitment?
We support you over the course of 3 months. This includes both in person and video wellness check in’s. We have found that 12 weeks is the ideal amount of time to work together to create life long, lasting change.
What do I do if I need additional support?
We have got you covered! We offer a ‘Best year of your Life’ maintainence program that is $49/month. You can read more about this on our programs page (at the bottom of the website.) We want you to get everything you possibly can out of this program. You are always welcome to reach out to Dr. Ali, Emily, or our wellness coaches via email! We pride ourselves on being available to you and will usually get back to you quickly, except on weekends and holidays. We advise that you send us all emails that include health information or sensitive information via our portal. (Please do not send private or health information in an unsecured email.)
I have a special health condition and I’m wondering if this program will still benefit me?
Most likely. This program is designed to be comprehensive and may address issues including health, lifestyle, and wellness concerns. We may not be able to cure you, but we have a very good chance of helping you! Due to the virtual nature of this program, we may direct you to a local primary care provider for additional support.
Do you have a refund policy?
Within 30 days of purchase, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be considered for Action Takers only, meaning that you watched the videos, attended the calls, and participated in suggested action items.
I'm Busy! I'm worried I don't have time for this...
We see you! And we get it! First, we designed this program for women JUST LIKE YOU who are truly burning the candle at both ends, so we keep it do-able. Second, the program is individualized to your specific needs and ability. The women who have graduated from this program shout from the rooftops how badly they needed this. So yes, it will take some time and dedication but we are always happy to accommodate your needs.
What happens in each phase?

In Phase 1 (Gathering your Kindling) we will be working on addressing any physical concerns such as hormone balancing, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to get you feeling energized, sleeping through the night, balanced and overall feeling GOOD in your skin again.
In Phase 2 (Striking the Match) we will focus on stress-reduction, taking charge of your schedule, time management, and self-care. This is where the rubber meets the road when it comes to lifestyle hacks, and changing your daily habits. A little bit goes a long way and we will work with your busy schedule to make a huge impact in your life.
In Phase 3 (Lighting the Fire) we will be focusing on the next layers of mindfulness, meditation, and coming full circle with your mental/emotional/spiritual wellness. We use a variety of successful techniques to help you find what works for you. This phase is where the magic happens!
Do I have to change my diet?
Maybe, but not always. If needed, we have a systematic approach to this program to help you make baby step changes that don’t feel too overwhelming all at once. We are also known for meeting our clients right where they are… and then slowly up-leveling from there. We will most definitely suggest some dietary upgrades and modifications but we promise to make it smooth and simple for you.
I hate meditating... is this required?
No! We won’t make you do anything that doesn’t feel right for you. However, most of our attendees have reported that the meditation helped them to start seeing their lives more clearly.
