We are so excited that you are joining us for the next 21 days! The challenge runs from January 5th-26th and is meant to be simple yet effective! Are you ready to reclaim your HEALTH, your TIME, and your JOY? 

First, we have attached a Goal and Manifestation worksheet –fill this out to gain clarity on why you are here and what you hope to gain out of this experience.   Second, pick 2-4 items on the list below to integrate into your daily routine. Pick something that sounds fun, is not overwhelming, and feels life-enhancing! 



  • Drink 60 oz of water per day
  • No eating after 7 pm
  • Daily 3-minute meditation or breath-work
  • No alcohol intake
  • Daily exercise 15-30 minutes
  • 5-9 servings of veggies per day
  • Commit to setting up any needed appointments (mammogram, dentist, etc) 
  • Cut out all cane and corn sugar 
  • Daily dancing! 
  • Start a new art or craft project
  • Try in eat 20-30 different veggies in one week to increase your phytonutrients 

Third, make a weekly block schedule and stick to it!  If you need help making your schedule, please see the handout attached below.
